The role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely expense processing, Concur administration, corporate credit card management, and fleet coordination activities supporting lease car drivers and internal stakeholders. /p pThis position combines operational administration with employee support and requires strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a customer-focused approach. /p pstrongWhat you will do: /strong /p ulliManage day-to-day Travel Expense operations including Concur administration, expense auditing, policy compliance, and employee support /liliAdminister corporate credit cards including onboarding/offboarding cardholders, monitoring submissions, and following up on outstanding items /liliCoordinate fleet and lease car activities, supporting employees, drivers, HR, and leasing providers with daily operations and administration /liliDeliver responsive stakeholder support across EMEA while handling ad hoc requests and ensuring accurate, timely processing of all related activities /li /ulBR/ulliBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage /liliMinimum 3 years' experience within expense reimbursement administration and/or fleet management /liliExperience using Microsoft Office applications /liliConcur experience preferred /liliExperience with Zendesk or other ticketing systems is an advantage /liliAdvanced organisational and administrative skills /liliHigh attention to detail and accuracy /liliService-oriented approach with strong communication skills /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment /li /ul pAt Kao, we believe the diversity of our teams strengthens our global mission.
