- Sell proactively, with a sales mindset and a focus on your results
- Delight customers with charisma and consultative, relatable advice
- Represent Satisfyer & GESKE authentically and with conviction
What you bring
- Experience: Experience in sales or retail (Store Assistant, Sales Consultant, Customer Adviser or similar) – beauty, cosmetics, tech or wellness experience is a plus
- Languages: Very good German and good English for daily customer contact
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 22:00
- Personality: You don’t just want to meet targets – you want to smash them, with charisma and a genuine interest in beauty, wellness and innovation
- Resilience: Even when the store gets busy, you remain calm and confident
