Our client is a leading international organisation operating across multiple countries and business units. With a strong focus on digital transformation and information security, they are investing significantly in strengthening data protection, governance, compliance, and cyber resilience across the enterprise.

Functie

- Lead and manage a multi-year Data Security & Cyber Transformation Programme

- Establish governance structures, steering committees, and reporting frameworks

- Coordinate Microsoft Purview, SaaS Governance, Data Discovery, and Cyber Awareness workstreams

- Manage programme risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, and delivery timelines

- Engage with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams

- Coordinate external vendors including Microsoft, Zscaler, Beamy, and implementation partners

Profiel

- Minimum 10 years of programme or project management experience

- Proven track record delivering cybersecurity, data protection, or digital transformation programmes

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365 Security & xgiwjmb Compliance, and DLP

- Experience working within multinational and matrix organisations

- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving capabilities
