You will contribute to the sourcing and management of software, SaaS and IT services, working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Legal, Finance and Delivery.What You'll DoSupport the end-to-end procurement lifecycle: demand intake, sourcing approach, supplier selection, contracting and renewalsAssist in the negotiation of software, SaaS and cloud-related agreements, focusing on value, risk and complianceWork in close alignment with Sales, Legal, Finance and Risk teams, ensuring business priorities are translated into procurement outcomesProvide fact-based insights on costs, contract terms and supplier performanceContribute to the preparation of business cases and commercial recommendationsEnsure adherence to procurement policies, governance and audit requirementsSupport supplier relationship management, including performance monitoring and renewal strategiesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives within procurementWork in a multi country teamYour Skills and Experience2–5 years of experience in procurement, IT, consulting, finance or a commercial roleStrong interest in technology, software and digital business modelsAnalytical mindset with the ability to work with data and structured informationClear and professional communication skillsProactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and learnFluent in English; Dutch is a strong assetBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Law, IT or equivalent through experienceWhat we offerA position in a strategic procurement function within a leading IT services environmentExposure to complex commercial negotiations and senior stakeholders early in your careerStructured learning opportunities and coaching to grow into a Senior Software Buyer roleAn international and collaborative work environmentCompetitive compensation and benefitsHere at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
