Don’t just be a part of the future—help create it. /ph2b Make it possible /b /h2p As Senior Lean Proces Engineer, you will: /pulli Lead improvement projects across our entire value chain, collaborating closely with other departments and experienced colleagues. /lili Improve material and logistics flows, design efficient processes, and support the creation of optimized workplaces. /lili Introduce and embed Industrial Best Practices, driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company of FLC. /lili Support and train project teams in Industrial methods, Lean tools, and standards. /lili Establish and monitor performance management frameworks, including KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms. /lili Challenge the status quo by reviewing existing processes and KPIs to identify and resolve constraints and inefficiencies. /lili Facilitate workshops to promote organizational learning and continuous improvement. /li /ulh2b Your team /b /h2p You’ll join FLC, responsible for designing and constructing the world’s longest immersed tunnel between Denmark and Germany. Our team is building not only the tunnel but also the facilities for prefabrication and accommodation, creating a unique “Tunnel village” for our workforce. /ph2b We offer you /b /h2ulli A competitive salary range from €6.000 to €8,000 monthly, based on your experience. /lili Long-term project commitment (3–4 years or longer). /lili The opportunity to work on a high-profile international infrastructure project. /lili Housing support and practical relocation assistance. /lili Cost of Living adjustment and location allowance for Rødby, Denmark. /lili Company-paid housing in Denmark. /lili Two round-trip tickets per year for you and your family to your home country. /lili Possibility to continue working for BAM in the Netherlands after project completion. /li /ulh2b This is you /b /h2ulli Degree in civil, industrial, or mechanical engineering, business management, or a related field. /lili8+ years of experience in Lean Proces Engineering within construction or manufacturing. /lili Proactive, hands-on mindset for optimizing construction processes. /lili Fluent in English and Dutch (speaking and writing). /lili Proven track record in implementing Industrial Methods, preferably in Takt Production. /lili Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to influence at all levels. /lili Analytical, eager to learn, and a true team player. /li /ulp Do you recognize yourself in this?
