What are you going to do?
For a global manufacturer of innovative ICT and communication solutions, we are looking for a Logistics & RMA employee. In this varied role, you will be responsible for supporting logistics operations, inventory administration, purchasing activities, and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes. Y
Logistics & Inventory Management
- Monitor and process inbound and outbound shipments
- Coordinate pick orders and logistics bookings
- Prepare shipping documentation, including invoices and packing lists
- Maintain accurate order administration and inventory records
- Process stock movements within the system
- Assist with inventory counts and audit preparations
- Resolve transportation-related issues and inquiries
- Support internal departments with logistics-related requests
Purchasing Support
- Act as a backup for the Purchasing department
- Create and manage purchase orders within the ERP system
- Support administrative purchasing processes and supplier coordination
- RMA Coordination
- Handle RMA requests via phone, email, and online platforms
- Evaluate return requests in consultation with technical, product, and sales teams
- Monitor the progress of repair and return processes
- Maintain accurate warranty and RMA administration
- Ensure compliance with service and quality standards
- Cover the responsibilities of the RMA Specialist during periods of absence

- MBO+/HBO level education or equivalent working and thinking level
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, administration, or a similar role
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of transportation and customs procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn
- Good command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken
