As an Operator B, you will work in a modern production environment in Tilburg. Together with your team, you monitor the production process, ensure everything runs according to plan and specifications, and step in where necessary. Every day, you check performance in the areas of safety, quality, and efficiency. Together with your team leader, you set priorities, analyze breakdowns, and actively contribute to improvements. You report on production results, participate in team meetings, and make sure that first aid, emergency response, occupational health, safety, and environmental standards are always met. You work in an energetic team where safety and enjoyment are central. Monitor and adjust production processes according to planning Daily monitoring of safety, quality, and line efficiency Reporting production results and actively participating in team meetings Analyzing deviations or breakdowns Contributing to a safe and pleasant working environment Working in a 3-shift system, 38 to 40 hours per week Over het bedrijf

MBO or HBO working and thinking level, preferably in technology, process engineering, or a similar field At least 1 year of experience as an Operator B, Process Operator, or similar role Willingness to work in a 3-shift system Strong awareness of quality and safety Good communication skills and stress resistant Proactive, ambitious, and passionate about the job Able to work independently as well as in a team These points are very important in order to start working as an Operator B in Tilburg.
