Infor is seeking a DevOps Engineer with experience in cloud development, automation, and AWS technologies. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering and operational excellence, helping to build and maintain next-generation CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and deployment automation.The successful candidate will work closely with product, development, operations, support, and customer success teams to deliver secure, scalable, and highly available multi-tenant SaaS applications. This is a fast-paced environment where continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation are highly valued.A Typical Day in the Life Includes:Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for enterprise applications.Automate software build, test, deployment, and operational processes.Collaborate with development and product teams to improve delivery efficiency.Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure.Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.Monitor system health, performance, and reliability using observability tools.Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident response and on-call support.Improve application scalability, security, and resilience.Standardize DevOps processes and promote automation best practices.Document solutions, procedures, and operational standards.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.Experience developing and supporting applications in AWS.Experience building, testing, deploying, and operating distributed applications in a public cloud environment.Strong software engineering, automation, scripting, and problem-solving skills.Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.Experience with Infrastructure as Code and cloud automation.Hands-on experience with AWS services, Docker, and Kubernetes.Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.Understanding of cloud-native security best practices.Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.Experience supporting or leading cloud operations and SaaS environments.Knowledge of microservices architectures, infrastructure as code, and cloud operations.Preferred Qualifications:AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, etc.).Experience working within compliance-driven environments (SOC2, HIPAA, etc.).Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.DepartmentSaaSEmployment TypeFull TimeWorkplace typeHybrid
