This role is full-time, remote. /p pIf you have life sciences experience – let's talk! /pBR/pstrongTravel: /strongUp to 25% both domestic and global /p pThis role is part of the Biopharma - Product Management organization. The single use oriented Senior Product Manager will thrive by engaging with a high sense of urgency and will: /pulliLead the single use portfolio for use in biopharma production applications. This will include portfolio management, strategy development, pricing, life cycle management and top/bottom line growth management. /liliBe responsible for a unique combination of external partnership development for bag and single use assembly and traditional product life cycle management to differentiate Avantor's position in single use bioprocessing. /liliFunction as the business owner, /liliLead the single use bag assembly's portfolio of products with PL responsibility, including meeting or exceeding revenue and gross margin targets, lead all aspects of business. /liliProvide data related to competitors, the market, product and capability positioning, revenue and unit or capacity forecasting working with planning functions, identifying key business priorities, and pricing strategies. /liliDevelop long-range product strategies and guide fiscal planning for future positioning, growth, and evolution of the SU products. This includes identifying, establishing, and leading strategic collaborations, customers, suppliers, and industry opinion leaders. /liliPartner with sales to define go-to-market effort and work hand-in-hand with our commercial teams to implement commercial strategies. /liliEnhance market share gain and customer satisfaction for single use products. /liliDrive demand through impactful sales and marketing campaigns. /liliParticipate in senior leadership team meetings and strategic planning, including setting objectives and strategies as well as taking accountability for implementation and results. /liliWork collaboratively in a highly matrixed organization to achieve results including driving cross-business unit and divisional initiatives. /liliBe a single use subject matter expert for the single use portfolio to build broad based expertise in sales and marketing functions. /liliRepresent Avantor at conferences and tradeshows /liliEffectively communicate product strategy and tactics to the market. /li /ulBR/pstrongMinimum Education Requirement: /strong /pulliBachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred /li /ul pstrongRequired Experience (6+ YRS): /strong /pulliProduct management, sales and/or marketing experience in the life sciences industry /li /ul pstrongPreferred Experience: /strong /pulliWith single use technologies for bioprocessing applications /liliTechnical or commercial experience with single use products and applications. /liliFinancial (PL). /liliBusiness case development/ articulation. /liliGuiding objective decision making processes. /liliAnalytical experience. /liliTechnical experience /competence with bioproduction. /liliProject management and planning skill experience. /liliDecision making as well as experience adopting to change. /liliBusiness level written and verbal communication skills. /liliWorking in a matrixed organizational structure. /li /ul BR/pDare to go further in your career.
