Operator Outbound

As an operator outbound, you will contribute to the efficient and accurate shipping process of Abbott Vascular's innovative products. Working in a dynamic logistics environment, you ensure that products are prepared and dispatched safely and on time. With your attention to detail and proactive mindset, you play an integral role in maintaining the flow of operations. You’ll also be part of a collaborative team, working in shifts to meet shared goals while adhering to safety protocols.

What You Will Do:

• Orderpicking: accurately collect orders based on priority lists
• Shipping: prepare products for dispatch and ensure timely delivery
• Safety: follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
• Flexibility: work across different shifts as required
• Teamwork: actively participate in team meetings and foster a positive work environment

• An hourly salary of €15.15, excluding allowances and year-end bonus.
• A temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
• A full-time workweek of 40 hours, with a minimum of 32 hours.
• Travel reimbursement starting from 6 km and free parking.
• 40% shift allowance for work after 19:00.

• VMBO diploma, preferably in logistics/warehouse.
• Experience in order picking and logistics processes.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Full-time availability and willingness to work shifts.
• Physically capable of standing and lifting for extended periods.
