pWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sample Logistics Inventory Coordinator to support daily logistic and operational activities. This role is responsible for the safe and timely transport of samples between buildings, management of inventory processes, and participation in a rotating weekend sample support schedule. Ontdek het hieronder en klik op solliciteren om in aanmerking te komen.brulliTransport samples between buildings in a timely, safe, and compliant manner. /liliEnsure proper handling, tracking, and delivery of samples according to established procedures. /liliParticipate in a strongrotating weekend /strong sample support schedule approximately every 4 to 6 weeks, covering two consecutive weekends as required. /liliReceive and process goods deliveries. /liliScan, record, and maintain inventory within inventory management systems. /liliMonitor stock levels and place orders to ensure adequate supply availability. /liliLabel, organize, and store materials accurately and efficiently. /liliMaintain accurate inventory records and support stock audits when required. /liliFollow all company safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines. /liliCollaborate with laboratory and operational teams to support daily workflow requirements. /li /ulbrullistrongDrivers license is mandatory /strong /liliHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics, inventory, or laboratory experience is an advantage. /liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. /liliAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. /liliExperience with inventory management systems and/or barcode scanning tools is preferred. /liliProficient in basic computer applications like Microsoft Teams, outlook and other packages. /liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team. /liliFlexible and willing to participate in a rotating weekend support schedule. xgiwjmb /li /ulbrpWe are an Equal Employment/Affirmative Action employer and VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
