pDrive operational performance through continuous improvement and lean methodologies, leading improvement projects, coaching teams, maintaining KaiNexus data, and supporting a culture of productivity, efficiency, and health safety compliance. Champion data-driven decision making and support the implementation of standard work and best practices across Operations. /pBR/ulliAll employees are legally responsible for their own health and safety as well as those who may be affected by their acts or omissions. They are also legally required to co-operate in health and safety matters as directed by their employer. /liliTo improve the performance of Operations by providing constant challenge of the status quo, championing lean philosophy, implementing robust measurement of losses, facilitating the development and implementation of a continuous improvement plan. /liliAccountable for the information in our CI project tool KayNexus. /liliReport on the progress and support Pillar leads of the Standard Work implementation. /liliIncrease the transparency of Operations by ensuring robust measurement of losses for all areas of Operations e.g. generation of appropriate loss trees. To perform the duty of gatekeeper for the measurement system. /liliEncourage a ‘management by fact' mindset. /liliIncrease productivity within Operations by leading usage of the appropriate lean tools (e.g. value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen to eliminate losses such as delay, duplication, unnecessary movement, unclear communication, incorrect inventory, lost sales and product defects. /liliCoach CI project leads and the production team in continuous improvement techniques and help them cascade this approach to their teams to develop a proactive continuous improvement culture. Help ensure that ownership of work is allocated to the lowest appropriate level. /liliDevelop training programmes and undertake training in the use of continuous improvement tools. /liliChallenge the production team to ensure appropriate momentum of improvement. /liliMaintain the SW Continuous Improvement Database (KaiNexus). /liliManage project improvement initiatives. /liliPerforms other duties as assigned. /li /ul BR/olliFORMAL EDUCATION: /lilistrongRequired /strong:ulliEngineering degree or equivalent Professional Qualification is preferred. /liliDemonstration of formal training in Continuous Improvement Tools. /li /ul /li /ol olliKNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE:ulliExperience of continuous improvement working using and coaching CI tools and techniques. /liliExperience of using the TPM framework for improvement within a factory. /liliExperience of working in a consumer goods manufacturing environment, ideally FMCG. /liliStrong financial and commercial awareness, with a good understanding of all functional areas within the business. /liliDemonstration of: strong leadership through influencing and coaching; ability to communicate to all levels; energetic passion for creative but appropriate improvement; enthusiasm and patience to develop others; objective analytical style; a strong team work ethic. /li /ul /li /ol olliTECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:ulliAdvanced PC skills essential. /liliThorough knowledge and understanding of Continuous Improvement tools. /li /ul /li /ol olliTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Up to 10% of the time /liliSalary range for this role is 59k to 70k EUR annually. /li /ol BR/pAt Sherwin-Williams, our purpose is to inspire and improve the world by coloring and protecting what matters.
