Inbound Administrator Warehouse

Your main focus in Hoofddorp is computer-based administration for inbound goods. Between 08:00 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday, you process incoming freight, update stock numbers, and verify product data in the system. Through Staffice, you work at our logistics client to make sure all inbound inventory is correctly registered.
Tasks

Process arriving shipments via warehouse software
Perform computer data entry for incoming stock
Check shipping documents against physical inbound products
Communicate inventory updates to the warehouse team
Correct system errors promptly
Maintain structured computer records

We are looking for

Proven experience in logistics
Proficiency in English
Good computer skills
Systematic approach to daily tasks
