In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative and efficient construction methodologies for complex marine and coastal infrastructure tenders and projects. /ppYou will play a key role in both the tender phase and project execution, translating engineering designs into practical construction methods while considering safety, logistics, equipment, and environmental conditions. /p pstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pullipLead the development of construction methodologies for marine infrastructure tenders and projects such as ports, quay walls, jetties, breakwaters, and coastal protection structures. /p /lilipPrepare construction phasing, method statements, installation procedures, and technical documentation. /p /lilipAssess equipment requirements such as vessels, cranes, barges, and marine installation tools. /p /lilipSupport tender teams by providing technical input and construction strategies. /p /lilipEvaluate constructability and optimize engineering designs for efficient execution. /p /lilipCoordinate with engineering, estimating, planning, project management, procurement, and marine operations teams. /p /lilipIdentify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies. /p /lilipProvide technical support during project execution and resolve engineering challenges on site. /p /li /ulpstrongWhat We Are Looking For /strong /pullipBachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, Marine Engineering, or Offshore Engineering. /p /lilipMinimum 8–10 years of experience in marine or offshore construction engineering. /p /lilipStrong experience with marine infrastructure projects such as ports, terminals, or coastal structures. /p /lilipProven ability to develop practical construction methodologies. /p /lilipExperience working in international and multidisciplinary project teams. /p /lilipStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /p /lilipExcellent communication skills in English. /p /lilipWillingness to travel internationally when required. /p /li /ul pstrongWhat We Offer /strong /pullipThe opportunity to work on complex international marine infrastructure projects. /p /lilipA dynamic and international working environment. /p /lilipCollaboration with experienced engineers and project teams within Ballast Nedam. /p /lilipOpportunities for professional growth and international career development. /p /lilipCompetitive salary and benefits package. /p /li /ul br /pstrongVragen? /strong /p Wil je meer weten over deze vacature, het team en/of de afdeling?
