Want to shape the commercial future of two of the Netherlands' leading retail destinations? We're looking for a Portfolio Leasing Manager to lead the leasing strategy and commercial performance of our Netherlands portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for shaping the retail mix, strengthening relationships with leading national and international brands, and delivering ambitious commercial outcomes across our Dutch assets. You'll lead the Netherlands Leasing team, influence senior stakeholders and bring together teams from across the business behind a clear, joined-up portfolio strategy. As the senior leasing lead for the Netherlands portfolio, you'll set the direction for our Dutch assets and ensure leasing activity supports long-term value, customer experience and sustainable growth. You'll also play an important role within our wider Northern Europe Leasing team, sharing market insight and helping us think beyond individual assets.What you'll be getting involved inNo two days will look exactly the same, but you'll spend your time:Leading and delivering the leasing strategy across both Netherlands assetsTaking ownership of portfolio performance, commercial targets and Business Plan prioritiesLeading, motivating and developing a team of fourBuilding senior relationships with national and international brandsLeading and challenging complex commercial negotiationsIdentifying emerging brands, sectors and concepts that will strengthen our destinationsShaping anchor tenant strategy and long-term brand partnershipsUsing market insight and performance data to identify risks, opportunities and future growthBringing internal teams, external agents and senior stakeholders together behind a clear commercial visionRepresenting the Netherlands leasing function in leadership forums and regional discussions What we're looking forWe're looking for an established commercial leader who can operate strategically while staying close to the market and the detail. You'll enjoy this role if you:Have significant experience within retail property, leasing, asset management or commercial real estateBring a strong track record of delivering leasing strategies and commercial targets in complex retail environmentsHave led and developed high-performing teamsAre an accomplished negotiator who understands the commercial drivers behind successful dealsBuild credibility quickly and can confidently influence senior stakeholdersCombine strategic thinking with hands-on commercial deliveryUnderstand retail market dynamics, brand positioning and evolving customer trendsBring energy, resilience and sound judgement to complex negotiationsAre fluent in both Dutch and EnglishExperience working across multiple assets, within an international business or with large-scale destination retail would be an advantage.
