As a Process Operator at ROCKWOOL, you will contribute to the production of sustainable stone wool products for insulation and construction panels. In the 4- and 5-shift system, you'll work alongside a dedicated team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output. Shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You Will Do:

• Operate various production machines and installations to ensure efficient production processes.
• Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance tasks and addressing minor technical issues.
• Monitor product quality by conducting checks and promptly reporting any deviations.
• Handle materials using a forklift, ensuring a steady supply to the production line.
• Contribute to a safe and organized workplace by adhering to safety protocols and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Monthly salary between €3,178 and €3,839.

Functie-eisen

We are looking for a proactive operator eager to thrive in a dynamic 5-shift system and grow within an international organization.

• MBO 3/4 in a technical field or equivalent (e.g., VAPRO).
• 1-2 years of experience in a production environment.
• Valid forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Willingness to work in a shift system.
• Proficiency in Dutch; English/German is a plus.
