In this role, you will provide essential laboratory support services, ensuring scientists and researchers have the materials, equipment, and operational support needed to deliver critical research and development activities. /pbrOm in aanmerking te komen voor een sollicitatiegesprek, dient uw sollicitatie volledig in lijn te zijn met de functiespecificaties zoals hieronder beschreven.brpstrongLaboratory Materials Preparation /strong /pulliPrepare and label biological media, buffers, mobile phases, and other laboratory solutions in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements. /liliProcess requests through Avantor/BMS ordering systems for standard and custom formulations. /liliManage inventory levels of laboratory materials and consumables. /liliDeliver prepared materials to laboratory end users with accurate supporting documentation. /liliOperate laboratory equipment safely and in compliance with site procedures. /liliTrack service metrics and support the achievement of service level agreements. /li /ulpstrongSample Receipt Shipping /strong /pulliCoordinate the receipt, storage, tracking, and shipment of laboratory samples. /liliEnsure samples are processed and transported according to site, quality, and regulatory requirements. /liliMaintain accurate records in sample management systems. /liliManage retained samples, including storage, inventory tracking, and disposal activities. /li /ulpstrongLiquid Nitrogen Operations /strong /pulliCoordinate the filling and management of liquid nitrogen reserve tanks. /liliEnsure cryogenic materials are handled safely and according to site procedures. /li /ulpstrongGlassware Sterilization Services /strong /pulliOperate and maintain glassware washing, autoclave, and parts washer services. /liliClean, sterilize, inspect, and distribute laboratory glassware and equipment. /liliPerform quality checks and remove damaged items from service. /liliMaintain stock levels of detergents and cleaning supplies. /li /ulpstrongLaboratory Equipment Support /strong /pulliPerform instrument verification and operational checks for laboratory equipment, including: /liliPipettes /liliBalances /lilipH meters /liliCell counters /liliNutrient metabolite analyzers /liliLiquid handling systems /liliCoordinate preventive maintenance, calibrations, repairs, and servicing with approved vendors. /liliMaintain accurate maintenance documentation and records. /li /ulbrulliExperience in a laboratory support, laboratory operations, or scientific services environment. /lilistrongDrivers license! /strong /liliKnowledge of GMP, GxP, GLP, or regulated laboratory practices. /liliStrong organizational and documentation skills. /liliExperience managing inventory, sample logistics, or laboratory equipment is an advantage. /liliExcellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. xgiwjmb /liliStrong customer service mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with scientists and laboratory stakeholders. /li /ulbrp#LI-Onsite /pbr
