As an Assembly Employee, you will work in a dedicated department focused on assembling hospital beds. Together with your colleagues, you help ensure that high-quality medical equipment is ready for use in healthcare environments around the world. Your daily tasks may include: - Assembling hospital beds. - Working together with your team to achieve daily goals. - Following work instructions and quality standards. - Contributing to a safe and organized work environment. - Ensuring products are ready for the next step in the process. No matter your specific responsibilities, your work helps healthcare professionals provide the best possible care to their patients. During your break, you can enjoy the modern company restaurant or take a walk in the nature area right next to the site. Working hours will be in day shift: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM. What do we offer? - €15.23 gross per hour, excluding shift allowance. - Up to 32% shift allowance for applicable working hours. - 27 vacation days to recharge and enjoy your free time. - Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre. - Opportunity for a permanent contract based on good performance. - Free access to the on-site fitness centre and wellbeing programme. - Training, development, and career growth opportunities within Stryker.
