Are you highly organized, commercially minded, and energized by coordinating projects from start to finish? Do you enjoy working with multiple stakeholders and ensuring that products, timelines, and customer expectations all come together successfully?br /br /We are looking for a German-speaking Commercial Project Coordinator to oversee the successful execution of customer projects within an international retail environment. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between sales, sourcing, operations, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed specifications.br /br /This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in both project management and sales who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international setting.br /br /ulliCoordinate and manage customer projects from initial brief through final delivery. /liliTranslate customer requirements and commercial agreements into clear internal action plans. /liliMonitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple departments. /liliAct as a central point of coordination between internal teams and external partners. /liliIdentify potential bottlenecks, delays, or risks and proactively drive solutions. /liliEnsure accurate execution of product specifications, packaging requirements, pricing information, and logistical details. /liliPrepare and maintain project documentation, customer files, and reporting. /liliSupport customer implementation activities and follow up on ongoing projects. /liliCollaborate closely with Sales, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product Development teams. Close collaboration is largely with the Head of Sales and Account Managers Germany. /liliMaintain a clear overview of multiple simultaneous projects and communicate project status to stakeholders. /li /ulH3Requirements /H3ulliFluent German (C1+), combined with strong English communication skills. /liliExperience within a strongretail, FMCG, consumer goods, sourcing, and/or private-label environment /strong is a MUST. /liliPrevious experience in strongproject coordination
