As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring that high-quality metal components are produced accurately and according to the required specifications. You will have plenty of responsibility while also being given the opportunity to further develop yourself within a professional technical company.

You will work full-time in a two-shift system. One week, you will work from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM. The following week, you will work from Monday to Thursday, from 3:30 PM to 1:15 AM, with Fridays off. This means you always know what to expect and have every other Friday off.

No two days are the same. You will start your working day by reviewing the production schedule and setting up the CNC machines. You will read technical drawings, adjust the appropriate tools and ensure that the machines are properly prepared for production. You will then program and operate the machines while closely monitoring the production process. Using a variety of measuring instruments, you will carry out quality checks throughout the production process. This ensures that every component meets the required high-quality standards.

If something does not go according to plan, you will take action. You will independently resolve minor machine issues and actively contribute ideas on how processes can be made smarter, more efficient and more effective. Your technical insight and attention to detail will make a real difference. Naturally, working safely is always the top priority.

Wat wij vragen

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC machine operator
• Experience with CNC programming (for example Fanuc or Siemens)
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Knowledge of quality control using measuring instruments
