As a Formwork Carpenter, youll work independently on a variety of challenging and cutting-edge projects. Youll be responsible for modifying and adjusting wooden molds so theyre suitable for the production of various prefabricated building components. Youll ensure that the molds are shaped precisely and align correctly with the desired end product.
A major advantage is that the modification and adjustment of the molds take place entirely within the organization. This allows for a great deal of flexibility in the production process, and you can immediately see in practice how your work is being used. So you dont just work with wood and toolsyou also see the final result of your efforts on the shop floor.
In this role, your technical insight will come in handy. You must be able to visualize shapes spatially, work with precision, and not be afraid to seek creative solutions. With your dexterity and practical mindset, youll ensure that every mold is adjusted correctly.
