The opportunity may also suit individuals who wish to complement their existing employment or consultancy portfolio, provided they have the capacity and flexibility to undertake additional consultancy assignments. /p pThe successful consultant will support Mauve Group and its clients on an ad hoc, project-based basis, providing employment law guidance alongside practical HR advice and solutions. Assignments may cover a broad range of employment-related matters and will require both strategic insight and the ability to provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR support. /p pWe are particularly interested in experienced HR professionals who can demonstrate: /p ul liStrong practical knowledge of Netherlands employment law and HR practice. /li liProven experience providing HR and employment advisory support. /li liThe ability to translate legal and regulatory requirements into practical HR solutions. /li liExperience supporting organisations across a broad range of employee relations and employment matters. /li liA pragmatic, commercially aware and client-focused approach. /li liExcellent written and spoken Dutch and English.br /li /ul pThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced independent HR professional to work with Mauve Group on a flexible basis and contribute to our growing Global HR Consultancy Employment Advisory service. /pbrul liA bachelor's degree in human resources, employment law, business, or a related discipline. ul liA minimum of three years' relevant experience in HR and/or employment law, with demonstrable expertise in the Netherlands. /li liStrong and up-to-date knowledge of Netherlands employment legislation, regulations, collective bargaining arrangements and HR practices. /li liProven experience providing practical employment law and HR advice to organisations and clients operating in the Netherlands. /li liThe ability to respond confidently and professionally to client employment law and HR queries, either directly or on behalf of Mauve Group. /li liExperience providing clients with employment law updates, compliance guidance and practical recommendations. /li liA strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, organisational change, business transfers, disciplinary and grievance matters, and termination of employment. /li liExperience drafting, reviewing and updating HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks in accordance with Netherlands employment legislation and HR best practice. /li liExperience drafting, reviewing and advising on employment contracts and associated employment documentation. /li liStrong analytical, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex employment matters clearly and translate requirements into practical solutions. /li liThe ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritise effectively and work independently within agreed deadlines. /li liA collaborative and client-focused approach, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, clients and global teams. /li liMembership of a recognised HR or employment law professional body would be desirable. /li liThe ability and appropriate facilities to work effectively on a remote basis. /li liFluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. xgiwjmb /li liThe ability to provide professional references and/or recommendations demonstrating relevant HR, employment law and consultancy experience. /li /ul /li /ulbr
