Lees hieronder de volledige details en solliciteer vandaag nog.brulliThe enforcement of safe systems of work and holding those below them in the management structure accountable for their health and safety performance. /liliThe provision of safe equipment, safe working environment and ensuring all employees/contractors are provided with and wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. /liliEnsure that employees within their department are adequately informed, instructed, trained and supervised to safely carry out work for which they are engaged. /liliEnsure a safe working environment, striving for zero recordable injuries in compliance with internal policies and external legislation, through the delivery of key enabling activities (e.g. Near Misses, Safety Observations, timely completion of actions). Ensure that safety and environmental incidents are fully investigated and the appropriate countermeasures established. /liliDrive the site towards a high level of planned maintenance through the use of historical data and Condition Based Monitoring. /liliProvide Technical support and guidance to the Engineering Team. /liliDirect liaison with internal stakeholders to ensure Maintenance resource is correctly prioritised and assigned. /liliContributes to Management of Change and Commissioning processes to ensure equipment is handed over to relevant parties in a safe and fit for purpose condition. /liliProactively drives Engineering Continuous Improvements to increase Production volumes and enhance site safety to exceed the standards expected from a SEVESO/ COMAH and Sherwin Williams site. /liliSupporting member of HAZOP's and process design where required/invited. /liliSupports the site with SEVESO/COMAH actions relating to Maintenance activities.(remove if not relevant) /liliAct as Site custodian/facilitator of Maintenance related activities for Rx (where relevant). /liliEnsure the Maintenance Team have the required training and Competencies to fulfil their duties. /liliDrives the Engineering department to consistent and safe methods of work through Risk Assessments and procedures. /liliManages apportioned value of the Engineering budget to ensure budget is achieved. /liliContributing to the Engineering Management System by issuing Engineering Procedures and Maintenance worksheets. /liliAlign Maintenance activities with OEM recommendations, reliability data, HSE Guidance and RAGAGEPs. /liliChampion of Rx, including Asset Criticality assignment and critical spare parts management (where relevant) /liliContributor to the Engineering BMS report. /liliOwnership of the Rx metrics and Interrogating the Rx data to identify opportunities for Maintenance Improvements (where relevant). /liliTo cover the responsibilities of the Engineering Manager when the Engineering Manager is off site. /liliProcessing MIRA actions and Near Miss reports that are applicable to Maintenance. /liliPerforms other duties as assigned /li /ulbrolliFORMAL EDUCATION: /lilistrongRequired /strong: /li /olulliEngineering Apprenticeship. /liliEngineering degree, or working towards or equivalent professional registration. /lili5 + year's experience in a Hazardous manufacturing environment. /liliWorking knowledge of Management of relevant country Health and Safety legislation. /liliExperience of Computer Maintenance Management Systems. /lili2+ years experience of RAMS and PTW issuing/approving. /liliNEBOSH would be advantageous /li /ulolliKNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE: /li /olulliRegulatory understanding, including country specific legislation, PSSR, LOLER, PUWER, SEVESO/COMAH. /liliWorking knowledge of ATEX and DSEAR. /liliExperience with CMMS. /liliCommissioning and Management of Change. /liliCompetent in Microsoft Office Packages, word, Excel etc. /liliAn effective communicator across all departments. /liliA hands on approach and ‘can do' attitude. /liliHigh standard of work and personal ethics. /liliTeam player. /liliOpen and Approachable. /liliA strong customer focus, internally and externally. /liliWorks well under pressure. /li /ulolliTECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: /li /olulliAdvanced PC skills essential /liliFinancial and commercial awareness. /liliSalary range for this role is 56k to 68k EUR annually. /li /ulbrpAt Sherwin-Williams, our purpose is to inspire and improve the world by coloring and protecting what matters.
