Regular travel to our Dortmund location in Germany is required to ensure close collaboration across the Innolume organization. /p pstrongThe position combines overall responsibility for finance, administration, and group treasury with an active role in the strategic and organizational development of the business. /strong /pbrul liLead and further develop the finance, accounting, controlling, administration and group treasury functions. /li liAct as a trusted business partner to the managing director and leadership team, providing financial insight and decision support for strategic and operational matters. /li liEnsure transparent and reliable financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance management. /li liFurther professionalize Group Treasury, including cash management, liquidity planning, cash forecasting and financial risk management. /li liDevelop sustainable financing strategies and maintain strong relationships with banks and other financing partners. /li liSupport investment decisions, financing activities and strategic growth initiatives with robust financial analysis. /li liStrengthen governance, compliance, internal controls and administrative processes appropriate for an internationally growing technology company. /li liDrive process optimization, clear accountability and scalable structures across the finance and administrative organization. /li liDevelop Finance into a value-creating strategic business partner for management and operating functions. /li liLead, develop and empower the finance and administration team and foster a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement. /li liCollaborate closely with management and cross-functional teams across the international Innolume organization. /li liContribute actively to the long-term organizational and strategic development of Innolume. /li /ulbrul liUniversity degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a comparable discipline. /li liSubstantial professional and leadership experience in senior finance roles, ideally within an international industrial or technology company. /li liStrong experience across Finance, Accounting and Controlling, with solid knowledge of Group Treasury. /li liProven expertise in financial planning, liquidity management, cash forecasting, corporate financing and banking relationships. /li liSound knowledge of governance, compliance, internal controls and financial risk management. /li liExperience in process optimization and organizational development combined with strong commercial judgement. /li liExperience in entrepreneurial, mid-sized organizations with short decision-making paths is considered an advantage. /li liFluency in Dutch and English, combined with very good command of German, both written and spoken, is required. /li liEntrepreneurial and strategic mindset combined with strong financial expertise and sound decision-making capabilities. /li liStrong leadership skills with the ability to build, develop and empower high-performing teams. /li liPragmatic, hands-on and solution-oriented approach, combined with strong communication and collaboration skills. /li /ulbrul liA senior leadership position in an innovative and internationally growing high-tech company. /li liA broad scope of responsibility across Finance, Administration and Group Treasury. /li liThe opportunity to shape financial structures, governance and organizational development in a growing international business. /li liClose collaboration with the Managing Director and direct involvement in strategic business decisions. /li liA high degree of responsibility, ownership and freedom to shape structures and processes. /li liAn entrepreneurial environment with short decision-making paths and strong technological expertise. xgiwjmb /li liA long-term leadership opportunity with significant scope to shape the development of Innolume B.V. and the wider organization, working closely with executive management. /li /ulbr
