As we shift towards SaaS-based offerings and cloud-native platforms, we’re looking for a Head of Marketing who can set the vision and lead the global marketing transformation of Nedap in Security.help shape and execute Nedap Security’s global marketing strategy as we expand our SaaS portfolio;coach and support the marketing team, helping people grow and strengthening collaboration;ensure a clear and consistent market position for Nedap in Security across all communication and channels;develop campaigns, events, partnerships and digital initiatives that attract and engage customers;work closely with Product Management and Sales to create strong go-to-market alignment;use insights from HubSpot and other tools to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities;monitor developments in SaaS, identity and access management and translate insights into action.You are an experienced SaaS marketing leader with a deep understanding of how to position and scale software-driven businesses in complex B2B markets. You combine strategic clarity with the ability to connect people, foster collaboration and inspire teams.The salary range for this role is between € 6.000 and € 8.000 gross per month based on full-time employment (38 hours) and depends on relevant knowledge and experience.In addition to your salary, you’ll receive a thirteenth month’s pay, a solid pension plan, and profit sharing with the opportunity to become a Nedap shareholder.You decide on your own working hours and vacation days to maintain a healthy work-life balance.You’ll receive a thorough introduction and are encouraged to keep developing yourself throughout your career.Nedap is a company that focuses on trust and autonomy, aiming to make a valuable contribution to helping people become happier and more successful in their professional lives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
