You will advise senior leadership on commercial, corporate, regulatory and compliance matters, draft high‑value contracts and shape the organisation's legal strategy. Reporting to the Executive Board, you will coordinate with offices in the Netherlands, Italy and Norway, manage external counsel, and play a pivotal role in acquisitions, partnerships and new ventures.
