You will build LLM-powered agents, design tool integrations, and drive performance, security and cost tradeoffs in production systems. You will mentor peers, participate in hiring, and contribute to a high-trust, outcomes-driven culture. The role is remote in the Netherlands or Berlin with travel to The Hague or Berlin twice per week.
