MLA is currently working with a leading UK regulated payments and financial services business that is looking to appoint an experienced Interim Regulatory & Commercial Counsel on an initial 3-6 month contract in their Amsterdam office.This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-growth organisation at the forefront of the payments sector, supporting a broad range of regulatory, commercial and strategic business initiatives.The successful candidate needs to have experience advising within the payments, fintech or wider financial services sector.Key responsibilities will include:Advising on regulatory matters and business change initiativesSupporting commercial contracting activities across the businessManaging day-to-day legal issues and stakeholder queriesPartnering with senior stakeholders across multiple business functionsRequirements:Approximately 7-8 years' PQE - Dutch qualifiedStrong regulatory and commercial legal experience within payments, fintech or regulated financial servicesAbility to work autonomously and manage competing priorities effectivelyExperience engaging with a broad range of internal stakeholdersComfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-growing environmentAvailable immediately or at short notice #J-18808-Ljbffr
