Machine Operator

In this role, you will help ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently while working with advanced equipment in a fast-paced setting. You will join a dedicated team operating in a 5-shift schedule, where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are key priorities.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and optimizing production equipment. You will keep a close eye on the production process and take action whenever necessary to maintain high performance levels.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Setting up, starting, and operating various production machines;
  • Monitoring production processes and making adjustments when required;
  • Performing quality inspections to ensure products meet established standards;
  • Identifying technical issues and resolving minor machine faults independently;
  • Minimizing downtime by responding quickly and effectively to equipment malfunctions;
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment;
  • Following all company safety, quality, and operational procedures;
  • Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets and continuously improve performance.
  • An attractive gross monthly salary starting from €4,180.53, including shift allowances (based on 40 hours per week);
  • A full-time position with an average working week of 33.6 hours in a modern 5-shift schedule;
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre with no maximum reimbursement limit;
  • The opportunity to obtain a permanent contract based on good performance;

  • Experience in a production, manufacturing, technical, or industrial environment, or a relevant technical education;
  • Familiarity with production lines, process installations, or automated machinery;
  • Strong technical insight and the ability to recognize and resolve minor equipment issues;
  • Good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
  • A proactive attitude with a strong focus on safety, quality, and responsibility;
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic manufacturing environment;
  • Motivation to learn, develop, and contribute to operational excellence.
