As a Tool Grinder, you'll play an important role in the machining process by ensuring cutting tools are manufactured, maintained and optimised to the highest standards. If you currently work as a CNC Machinist and are looking to specialise further, this could be an excellent next step in your career. /pbOrganisatie /bpOur client is a leading aerospace manufacturer producing complex aircraft components where precision is essential. Within the Toolshop, cutting tools are designed, manufactured and maintained in-house to support production. You'll work with advanced machinery, specialised software and experienced colleagues in an environment where quality and continuous improvement are part of the daily routine. /p bFunctie /bul liDevelop and improve new and existing cutting tools, including milling cutters and drills /li liProgram grinding cycles using ANCA software /li liProgram measuring routines using Zoller Genius /li liInspect and measure cutting tools /li liPerform CNC grinding on ANCA grinding machines /li liCarry out conventional tool grinding when required /li liManage tooling and material inventory /li liWork in accordance with the strict quality standards of the aerospace industry /li /ulbFunctie-eisen /bul liMBO-level education or equivalent technical working and thinking level /li liExperience in machining or tool grinding is an advantage /li liCNC Machinists who want to develop into Tool Grinders are encouraged to apply /li liGood command of the English language, both spoken and written /li liAnalytical, accurate and solution-oriented /li liA proactive team player who can set priorities /li liAvailable to work in a two-shift schedule /li /ulbAanbod /bul liA gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,200, depending on your experience /li liA challenging role in a high-tech aerospace manufacturing environment /li liExtensive training, development and career progression opportunities /li liModern machinery and specialist software /li liA professional and supportive team /li li27 vacation days and 13 additional ADV days per year /li liAnnual profit-sharing and additional yearly bonus /li liTravel allowance /li /ulbSolliciteren /bpAre you the Tool Grinder we're looking for, or would you like to learn more about this opportunity?
