Collect, organize, and analyze Health Safety data to support continuous improvement initiatives across operations and support functions.brGenerate and distribute reports on injuries, vehicle accidents, incidents, compliance metrics, and other key safety performance indicators for business unit leadership.brMonitor Health Safety compliance metrics to ensure ongoing audit readiness.brReview and validate injury, illness, and accident reports across UPS locations, ensuring accurate documentation, investigation, and timely follow-up of corrective actions.brStay informed on developments in Health Safety systems, technologies, and best practices.brIdentify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HS reporting and management systems.brConduct workplace inspections and site visits to identify hazards and reduce operational risks.brSupport the planning, delivery, and validation of Health Safety training programs while reinforcing HS responsibilities and expectations with operational leadership.brAssist in conducting data-driven investigations and root cause analyses for incidents and safety concerns.brSupport the development and implementation of corrective and preventive measures to address identified risks and improve overall safety performance.brPartner with Health Safety management to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and performance metrics.brSupport the implementation of safety initiatives, regulatory compliance activities, risk assessments, and other strategic Health Safety projects.brWhat do you bring? Je blijft op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen op het gebied van HS-systemen en -technologieën en doet voorstellen ter verbetering van de efficiëntie en effectiviteit van bestaande processen.brJe verzamelt en structureert data om continue verbeterprocessen binnen de operatie en ondersteunende afdelingen te ondersteunen.brJe genereert rapportages over auto-ongevallen, incidenten en veiligheidsmetingen om het HS-team en het management van de business unit van relevante informatie te voorzien.brJe controleert of letsel- en ongevallenrapporten volledig en correct zijn voor elke UPS-locatie.brJe ondersteunt bij het geven van trainingen en bij het communiceren van verplichtingen richting het (operationeel) leiderschap.brJe helpt bij het uitvoeren van data-analyses en root cause analyses om ervoor te zorgen dat corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen aansluiten bij geconstateerde knelpunten.brJe werkt samen met het HS-management om de benodigde informatie en KPI's te definiëren voor effectieve HS-processturing en rapportage.brJe voert werkplekinspecties en locatiebezoeken uit en ondersteunt bij trainingen om risico's te beperken.brWat bieden wij?
