This assessment helps determine whether you have the technical insight and problem-solving ability needed for the role. /ppExperience is not mandatory, but technical affinity and a willingness to learn are essential. /ppYour first working day starts with a half-day training session at the company's training center. During this training, you will learn about safety procedures, quality standards, and the production process.
