Your learning will happen directly on the shop floor rather than in an office setting. This is where you'll build a deep understanding of our customers, our products, and what makes our operations world-class. You'll learn and master: Customer service Product deliveries & replenishment Omni-channel & checkout operations Onboarding and training new starters Product category management Months 5-6 | Step into Leadership As a supervisor, you'll begin leading teams on the shop floor, influencing performance, and owning your first commercial responsibilities. This stage develops your leadership stance, building trust, driving results, and bringing out the best in the people around you. You'll take on: Team coordination & daily planningDeveloping the performance of your colleaguesOperational excellence and customer satisfactionOwnership of a key subdivision, ensuring day to day performance Months 7–12 | Drive the Business In your final rotation, on top of maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor as an assistant manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to influence commercial decisions and operational strategy.
