We are supporting a search for a Head of Financial Control- Netherlands to lead finance activities for a well-established financial services organization in the Netherlands.br/br/This role will take ownership of local accounting, reporting, and compliance, while acting as a key business partner to both local and international stakeholders.br/br/The position offers broad exposure across finance operations, governance, and strategic initiatives within a dynamic, global environment.br/br/Key responsibilities of the Head of Financial Control- Netherlands:br/br/Oversee accounting and financial reporting for multiple Dutch entitiesbr/br/Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial recordsbr/br/Manage month-end, year-end, and statutory reporting processesbr/br/Maintain compliance with local regulatory, tax, and audit requirementsbr/br/Strengthen internal controls and address potential risksbr/br/Collaborate with shared service teams and external advisorsbr/br/Support business decisions through financial insights and analysisbr/br/Contribute to finance transformation and strategic projectsbr/br/Profile:br/br/Qualified Accountant with solid experience in mid to large organizationsbr/br/Strong understanding of accounting standards, controls, and risk managementbr/br/Proven ability to work across international teams and manage stakeholdersbr/br/Experience overseeing outsourced or offshore finance activities is beneficialbr/br/Familiarity with Dutch regulatory environment and local GAAPbr/br/Fluent in English; Dutch language skills would be a strong advantagebr/br/Experience with SAPbr/br/This is a broad and hands‑on leadership role, ideal for someone looking to combine operational responsibility with strategic involvement.br/br/EMEA Recruitment is committed to promoting Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.
