This role is ideal for candidates with functional SAP expertise and early experience in client-facing delivery who want to build strategic consulting skills. /p pKey Responsibilities: /pullistrongDelivery Support: /strong Contribute to ERP program delivery across requirements gathering, design, testing, cutover, and go-live. /lilistrongMethodology Application: /strong Work within SAP Activate frameworks to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery. /lilistrongStrategic Exposure: /strong Support business case development, PMO functions, and change management activities. /lilistrongCross-Process Learning: /strong Gain exposure to multiple SAP modules and value streams (e.g., Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash). /lilistrongClient Interaction: /strong Participate in workshops and client meetings to align solution scope with business priorities. /li /ulbrpWhat You'll Bring /ppWe’re looking for exceptional talent with experience of working in the consulting industry to join us. You will typically have: /pulli3 to 6 years of experience in ERP systems /liliConsulting or SI background with functional SAP experience in at least one module /liliOwn discrete workstreams or modules under supervision /liliContribute to rapid assessment / as-is analysis /liliFamiliarity with AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., generative AI) to support research, documentation, analysis, and delivery efficiency /liliTranslate business requirements into SAP functional designs /liliClient-facing experience with exposure to PMO, delivery, or change management /liliUnderstanding of ERP delivery phases and programme structures /liliFamiliarity with SAP Activate or traditional ERP delivery methodologies /liliA university degree in a STEM-related field or business management; advanced degrees (MBA, MSc) are advantageous /li /ulbrpAdditional info /ppWe make sure you never stop growing.
