Your responsibilities :ulliProvide support in both French and English by phone, email, and chat /liliSupport customers with licensing, pricing, payment details, and order status /liliPrepare quotes for software licences and renewals /liliFollow up on quotes to support the sales process /liliProcess orders accurately, ensuring correct details and timely deliveries /liliCommunicate with suppliers to coordinate quotes and orders /liliWork closely with Account Managers, Finance, Technical Support, and external partners to deliver excellent service /liliKeep databases updated with customer and order details /liliSupport with other related administrative or service tasks as needed /li /ulH3Requirements /H3To excel in this role, you’ll need:ullistrongFluent in both French and English (C1-C2) spoken and written /strong /lilistrongAt least 3 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or inside sales (B2B and IT/software) /strong /liliStrong strongcommercial mindset /strong /liliStrong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly in a changing environment /liliUniversity degree or equivalent in IT or a related field /liliHighly organized, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking /liliStrong with numbers and comfortable working in a commercial environment /liliCustomer-focused mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills /li /ulstrongIts a hybrid working arrangement with 1 day working from home every Friday /strongH3Benefits /H3Our client offers a direct contract (first contract will be 7 months) with a focus on long-term commitment, providing:br /ulliA monthly salary ranging from €3.000to €3.500 gross, depending on your experience and expertise. /liliMonthly bonuses linked to performance paid monthly /liliHoliday allowance. /lili25 vacation days. /liliReimbursement of travel costs up to €250 per month. /liliExtensive and structured training and ongoing support. /liliWork hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with 30mins lunch break. /liliA dynamic and lively work environment located in the heart of Amsterdam. /li /ulH3Application Procedure /h3If you are interested in this vacancy, you can apply by clicking on the button above.
