You make sure orders, service requests and questions are handled smoothly, so customers get what they need and keep trusting us.br /br /strongWhat you'll do /strongbr /ulliProcess customer orders and service requests, from confirmation to invoicing /liliBe the first point of contact for customer questions, feedback and complaints, and follow up with the right teams /liliWork with our warehouse and distributor to get products and shipping documents to customers on time /liliSupport the Sales team with contracts, customer letters and tenders /liliKeep customer records organized and up to date /liliHelp improve our customer care processes, systems and reporting /liliWork closely with Regulatory, Legal and Finance to stay compliant /li /ulH3Requirements /H3Qualifications / Requirements / SkillsulliEducation level MBO+ direction commercial business education or other relevant education level. /lilistrongemFrench /emlanguage (C2 level) /strong and excellent English language skills. /liliAt least 2 years of relevant work experience. /lilistrong emLiving within 30 kilometers /em /strong and already have a strong emvalid work permit /em /strong are a must. /li /ulemCapabilities /emulli Good interpersonal skills. /lili Attention to detail. /lili Quality oriented. /lili Able to work independently and as a team member. /lili Ability to project a professional image, interact with a diverse customer population. /lili Solid verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions. /lili Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Oracle and Salesforce /li /ulH3Benefits /H3We are offering a competitive salary in line with market standards.
