AI-Driven Engineering Lead & Platform Director
Shapeways is seeking a Head of Engineering to run the engineering organization, own MES/ERP systems, and own technical direction. You will split time between people management, project prioritization, and delivering your own projects within the CTO's architecture.
You'll lead a ~7-person engineering team across ~40 services, coordinating with operations, sales, and marketing, while driving AI-enabled workflows to boost velocity and quality.
