Order Picker in Bleiswijk

As an Order Picker at a modern supermarket distribution center, you’ll play an important role in making sure stores and online customers receive their orders on time. You’ll work with a voice-picking system and EPT to collect and prepare products for shipment.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Picking orders using a voice-picking system

• Collecting and preparing products for shipment

• Scanning and checking items

• Moving pallets using an EPT

• Working in ambient, chilled, and frozen warehouse areas

The work is physically active and involves plenty of walking, lifting and standing throughout your shift. Depending on business needs, you may work in different warehouse departments and temperature zones.

Working hours: Day (08:00–16:00) and night shifts (01:00–09:00) Work is scheduled between Monday and Sunday

• Physically fit and able to perform demanding warehouse tasks comparable to other supermarket logistics roles
• Comfortable working in cold environments (as low as 4°C) and willing to rotate between ambient, chilled, and frozen areas
• English speaking skills required (voice picking is also available in Dutch and Polish)
• Available for mandatory night shifts, weekends, and national holidays
• No experience required, but experience as an order picker, warehouse operative, or logistics assistant is a plus

• Salary starting from €16.20 (with ATV)
• Shift allowances: 25% (20:00–22:00), 50% (22:00–06:00), 50% on Saturday, 100% on Sunday
• Additional freezer allowance of €1.20 per hour for work in the frozen department
• Travel allowance: €0.25 per kilometer (for distances over 10.5 km)
• Workwear and safety shoes provided
• Opportunity to get a reach truck license after you start
