The role

As part of TMICC's cyber security transformation journey, we are seeking a highly experienced Head of Cyber Resilience to strengthen our capability to prepare for, withstand, respond to, and recover from cyber disruptions. This role focuses on leading resilience programs from end to end, providing strategic guidance, operational oversight, and stakeholder alignment. You will work across the organization, collaborating closely with key business functions to strengthen process resilience, address gaps in maturity or documentation, and drive initiatives that enhance overall business continuity. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, risk-based thinking, strong communication skills, and experience coordinating across business and technology teams in a global multicultural environment.

What you'll be responsible for

Governance and Leadership

  • Develop and maintain TMICC's cyber resilience strategy, aligning it with core cyber security, IT, and business continuity activities.
  • Define and manage cyber resilience policies, standards, and control requirements as part of the integrated management system at TMICC.
  • Oversee the continuing development of the TMICC Business Continuity Management (BCM) Framework, including dependencies upon incident response, crisis management and third‑party supplier teams as required.
  • Establish KPIs/KRIs to measure the effectiveness of resilience controls and report them to senior leadership.
  • Build alignment among key stakeholders and assign accountability for the implementation of resilience controls.
  • Incorporate resilience controls into ongoing projects and operational initiatives where appropriate and required by policy and/or risk assessment.

Business Impact Analysis (BIA)

  • Facilitate sessions with business and operational teams to determine which processes, systems, and suppliers are vital to support cyber resilience.
  • Build a comprehensive inventory of key processes and their interdependence across the various TMICC functions.
  • Incorporate regulatory, security, and operational considerations into Business Impact Assessments.
  • Define TMICC tolerances for business/operational disruption into actionable scenarios for risk mitigation purposes.
  • Support decision-making around residual risk acceptance and resource allocation for critical initiatives that support resilience objectives.

Gap Analysis and Mitigation Planning

  • Assess critical systems and processes against common disaster recovery scenarios, identifying any shortfalls in readiness.
  • Recommend realistic mitigation activities and improvements based on TMICC core controls and any constraints in terms of capacity and resources.
  • Help guide strategic prioritization of investments and initiatives to strengthen TMICC cyber resilience.
  • Highlight gaps in people, process and technology which may affect business continuity and cyber resilience.
  • Support the development of practical business continuity and disaster recovery plans that are actionable and measurable, driving follow-through across teams.

We're looking for someone who

  • Has 5‑10 years in Cyber Resilience, Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery and Risk Management functions within large global organizations.
  • Has proven experience working in FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain‑intensive industries, with an understanding of production and distribution continuity dependencies.
  • Brings hands‑on experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining BCP/DR frameworks, including conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and creating recovery strategies for business‑critical operations.
  • Can lead or support crisis response teams during real‑world incidents, including coordination with IT, operations, and leadership to ensure rapid recovery and communication.
  • Built a strong background in planning and executing regular BCP/DR drills and simulations, and tracking post‑test improvements to strengthen organizational resilience.
