NDT Inspector (m/f/d)

<p>Join NOV as an <strong>NDT Inspector</strong> and help ensure our products meet required quality standards. You will perform Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and visual inspections, identify and document defects, and work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.</p><br><br>Alle kandidaten dienen de volgende functieomschrijving en informatie zorgvuldig te lezen alvorens te solliciteren.<br><p>In this role, you will support product quality and manufacturing operations by carrying out reliable non-destructive testing in accordance with specifications and established procedures. Your inspections will help identify non-conformities and ensure products meet required acceptance criteria.</p><p>You will work in a practical manufacturing environment where quality, accuracy, safety, and teamwork are essential.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Perform <strong>Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)</strong> and <strong>Visual Inspection (VT)</strong> according to established procedures.</li><li>Inspect products against applicable specifications and acceptance criteria.</li><li>Identify, document, and report defects and non-conformities.</li><li>Perform minor surface preparation, such as grinding, when required to evaluate indications.</li><li>Verify that required materials and documentation are available before inspection.</li><li>Record inspection results accurately in the relevant systems.</li><li>Communicate inspection findings and quality concerns with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other relevant teams.</li><li>Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep inspection equipment in good working condition.</li></ul><br><p><strong>Essential Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>VMBO+ level or equivalent vocational education, experience, and working capability.</li><li>Relevant knowledge or experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or a comparable technical environment.</li><li>Ability to work accurately and independently while collaborating effectively with others.</li><li>Dutch language proficiency.</li><li>Basic English communication skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>NDT Level II certification.</li><li>Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) Level I or II qualification.</li><li>Visual Inspection (VT) Level I or II qualification.</li><li>Previous experience performing NDT inspections in a manufacturing environment.</li></ul><br><p>At NOV, you will join an international organization where quality and technical expertise are central to our operations. xcjrqgh We offer a hands-on working environment where you can develop your inspection expertise, work with experienced colleagues, and contribute directly to the quality and reliability of our products.</p><br>
