As an Import Customs Agent at an American freight forwarder, you manage the complete import process from start to finish. You create customs clearances, organize inland transportation, and ensure the seamless final delivery of shipments to clients. Daily communication with customers, carriers, and customs officials is a key part of your role to keep logistics operations running smoothly.
