You are able to work with at least three different CNC machines and work closely with the CNC Programmer and Manufacturing Engineer. You set up the CNC machines and tools and ensure that materials and tools are correctly secured. /liliCNC machining: You mill one-off parts, complex products and welded constructions using 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines with Siemens control systems. You mainly work with stainless steel, but also with plastics, steel and other materials. /liliQuality and production: You inspect your own work, monitor quality, delivery times and standard times, and ensure that orders are fully completed and components are finished according to the applicable standards. /liliOrganisation and internal transport: You participate in work meetings and daily start-up meetings, coordinate activities within the team and carry out the required internal transport using, for example, a forklift or overhead crane. /liliMaintenance and guidance: You perform first-line maintenance and, where necessary, support and guide colleagues, employees and interns within the team. /liliContinuous improvement: You contribute ideas regarding the manufacturability and producibility of products.
