This is a leadership role responsible for driving the digital solutions strategy, delivery, and roadmap across the Supply Chain, Research Development, and Sustainability domains. You directly contribute to operational excellence, innovation, and sustainability objectives. /p pThe organization and follows a global Plan - Build - Run operating model. Within this structure: /p ulliBusiness stakeholders define strategic priorities and business requirements. /liliGlobal Solutions translates those requirements into scalable digital solutions. /liliOperations teams ensure system stability, support, and ongoing service delivery. /li /ul pThe Supply Chain, RD Sustainability Centre of Excellence acts as the critical link between business and technology. The team supports multiple global business processes and plays an important role in the organization's digital transformation agenda. Due to collaboration with 34 manufacturing sites in various regions, the role has a strong international focus. /p pYou lead a team of approximately five professionals. Beyond direct people leadership, the role is responsible for: /p ulliSetting the strategic direction of the domain. /liliPrioritizing the project and enhancement portfolio. /liliDriving business engagement and stakeholder alignment. /liliDeveloping team capabilities and ensuring delivery excellence. /liliManaging IT Supplier / Vendor relationships. /liliBeing the domain architect. /liliBudget en project delivery. /li /ul pThe challenge is not purely technological.
