Nordson Packaging , a global leader in precision dispensing, fluid management, and related technologies, is seeking a highly motivated and talented Top Account Manager to join our team in Maastricht, Netherlands . The Top Account Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with key customers. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, driving sustainable revenue growth, and building long-term partnerships through technical expertise, value selling, and strategic account management. Maintain all packaging customers within designated customer base with aim to grow revenue year on year as per the company's "Nordson Business System (NBS) Next" guidelines & expectations Increase system population through pro-active value selling activities within new, existing & competitive accounts Develop Aftermarket business with aim to grow spare parts revenue stream including maintenance contracts, training & engineering work Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of successful B2B field sales experience, preferably within industrial, capital equipment, manufacturing, or technical markets. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow customer accounts through strategic selling and relationship management. Strong commercial, technical, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Ability to work as part of a team but also independently, prioritize activities, and manage multiple projects in a structured and organized manner. Demonstrated flexibility in day to day duties and overnight stays when required Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, and general business software tools Fluent English and Dutch language skills are mandatory, French language skills are a plus We serve the Packaging end market to improve production efficiency and product quality for a variety of packaging manufacturing processes.
