Functie In this field-based role, you will take full ownership of your territory, developing existing accounts while identifying new growth opportunities within hospitals and surgical departments. You will work closely with clinical and procurement stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions. - Manage and grow relationships with operating room, theatre and procurement teams - Drive sales performance across a nationwide hospital customer portfolio - Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers - Deliver product presentations, demonstrations and training sessions - Develop territory plans and execute targeted account growth strategies - Collaborate with internal clinical, customer service and logistics teams - Monitor market developments, competitive activity and customer needs Profiel You combine commercial drive with strong clinical credibility and feel comfortable engaging with a wide range of hospital stakeholders. You understand the dynamics of the operating room environment and can translate customer needs into practical solutions. - Proven experience in medical device or healthcare sales - Operating Room (OR) experience gained as a clinician, specialist or sales professional - Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets - Experience managing hospital accounts and complex stakeholder networks - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Fluent in Dutch and English - Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Netherlands Aanbod - Attractive bonus scheme linked to performance - Comprehensive onboarding and product training programme - Ongoing professional development opportunities - Career progression within an international healthcare organisation - Opportunity to make a direct impact on patient care and surgical outcomes
