Instead, you'll help create the foundation of a growing engineering business with ambitious plans in the Netherlands and beyond /pp If you've ever wanted to combine hands-on engineering, customer interaction and the excitement of building something from scratch, this is your opportunity. /pp Your role /pp As Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, designing and optimising mechanical products, machines and systems within customer projects. /pp You will translate customer and system requirements into practical, manufacturable and cost-effective mechanical solutions. From concept engineering to detailed design and validation, you will contribute to the successful delivery of innovative engineering projects. /pp While the Systems Engineer defines what the overall system must do and how disciplines interact, you focus on how the mechanical solution is designed, engineered and realised. /pp You will work closely with Systems Engineers, suppliers and other engineering disciplines to ensure robust and high-quality outcomes. /pp Your responsibilities /pulli Translate customer and system requirements into mechanical concepts and detailed designs and describe the project proposal in a Statement of Work /lili Create and maintain 3D models, drawings and technical documentation /lili Perform engineering calculations such as statics or dynamics, tolerance analyses and design evaluations /lili Select materials, components and manufacturing methods /lili Support prototype development, testing and validation activities /lili Contribute to manufacturability, assembly and cost optimisation /lili Collaborate with systems, electrical and software engineers in multidisciplinary projects /lili Identify and communicate technical risks and design issues /lili Contribute to engineering methodologies, templates and best practices /lili Support project delivery from concept through implementation /li /ulp Over het bedrijf /pp About YER Tech Solutions /pp YER Tech Solutions delivers engineering expertise through Statement of Work (SoW) projects.
