As a Project Lead Logistics at ASML, you turn operational challenges into standardized, future-proof logistics solutions. In this role, you lead cross-functional logistics improvement initiatives within Operations from initiation to full handover. You combine project leadership with engineering expertise to optimize warehouse performance and scale operational capabilities. Lead complex logistics improvement projects and coordinate cross-functional project teams. Design, implement, and standardize scalable logistics processes and warehouse systems. Apply Lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement across logistics operations. Support the deployment and optimization of SAP EWM and warehouse automation solutions, including ASRS. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration. You have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Lead within a logistics or warehouse environment. You possess proven experience as a Logistics Engineer designing and implementing warehouse processes. A net budget of 750 to set up a professional home office.
