Commercial Product Manager Digital Assets

As Product Manager Digital Assets at ING’s Transaction Services, you will shape the capabilities and operating model to support corporates and financial institutions in a developing digital asset ecosystem. You will translate ING’s strategy into concrete product requirements, drive delivery with Technology, Operations and Delivery Management, and ensure alignment with risk and regulatory standards. You’ll support existing PCM solutions for clients active in digital assets while shaping new DA initiatives. This role offers the chance to influence product strategy in a dynamic market and work across multiple functions to enable sustainable growth.

• Own product strategy, proposition, roadmap and commercial performance for the assigned DA product area
• Define capabilities, propositions and operating model for clients in a digital asset ecosystem
• Translate strategic direction, market developments, regulatory requirements and client operating models into product requirements and delivery priorities
• Identify how core client activities (payments, liquidity management, settlement, asset servicing) can be supported in a digital asset environment
• Define product requirements and coordinate delivery across Technology, Operations and Delivery Management
• Manage product governance, risk, compliance and non-financial risk with Risk, Compliance and Legal
• Support commercialization, product performance and ongoing enhancement of the product proposition
• Support existing PCM solutions serving clients active in digital assets, including risk appetite development, commercial management and client engagement
• Translate strategic choices into executable requirements and priorities; align with Delivery Management for successful delivery
• Maintain awareness of market, client operating models and regulatory developments and their impact on capabilities

• Master's or bachelor's degree
• Relevant experience in Transaction Banking, Payments, Cash Management, Financial Market Infrastructure, Digital Assets or related field
• Experience in product management, proposition development, strategy execution or delivery of complex initiatives
• Ability to translate strategic direction into product capabilities and delivery priorities
• Strong stakeholder management across complex organizations
• Commercial and analytical mindset with ability to handle ambiguity
• Interest in digital money, tokenization, wallet capabilities and market infrastructures
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
