Commercial Quality Expert HP / AH

In this role you ensure GDP and corporate quality requirements are met to safeguard supply and product quality in the Netherlands. You support the Commercial Quality function for both Human Pharma and Animal Health units, acting as RP for wholesale licenses where relevant. You lead quality oversight across suppliers, manufacturing sites, and customers, and you drive inspection readiness and CAPA follow-up. You will work in a collaborative, integrity-driven environment to enable compliant delivery and continuous improvement.

• Ensure GDP compliance and local quality management systems are maintained
• Oversee batch acceptance/release, deviations, complaints, recalls, and final product disposition
• Manage quality oversight of suppliers, sites, and customers including licensing and issue resolution
• Lead self-inspections, audits, regulatory interactions, and CAPA follow-up to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain readiness for inspections and regulatory requirements

• Masters degree in Pharmaceutics (field related to Pharmaceuticals)
• Solid experience in QA/QC within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge of GDP regulations and previous RP experience in the Dutch market
• Commitment to quality and high standards
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
